ABOUT JUDE ELLIMAN

I focus on leadership coaching, career transitions, and supervision for executive coaches. My coaching is relational, organisationally savvy and commercially aware. My supervision sessions provide a confidential space for coaches to develop their capabilities and maintain ethical integrity in their coaching practice. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients across sectors, including corporates, public sector and professional services, in the UK and internationally.As an experienced coach for more than 25 years, I have been privileged to work with individuals as they have sought to think strategically, gain clarity, and manage transitions, often in complex, challenging and overwhelming contexts. I am acutely aware of the demands leaders face, and partner with them as they step back, find new perspectives, navigate tricky organisational politics, and make tough decisions. I celebrate with them as they experience breakthroughs and discover new solutions. In the process, I provide support and challenge clients’ thinking, always aiming to strengthen their leadership confidence and capabilities, and with constant attention to the outcomes they wish to achieve.As a coach, one of my core values is ‘presence’. Presence is being ‘there’, and listening generously. I create a safe space where my clients can pause, reflect on personal and strategic priorities, assess systemic realities, and give fresh consideration to what really matters. In my coaching space, clients will encounter rigorous thinking blended with compassion and humour, even when the going gets tough. This provides a foundation for tackling what is important, for building unique resourcefulness, emotional resilience and purposeful resolve. In 2012, I co-founded the Listening Partnership with Nick Isbister, and together we developed our distinctive approach, Transformational Narrative Coaching (TNC), harnessing the power of story.I help leaders understand the power of story. We explore how their personal stories shape their leadership, and how they can use storytelling to communicate more effectively. I also run Business Storytelling Masterclasses, which enable leaders to refine their narratives and communication skills to connect more effectively with their teams and stakeholders.I’m an accredited executive coach through the EMCC and Hult Ashridge Business School. I hold an MSc in Executive Coaching, a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Coaching and Organisational Development Supervision. I am an Accredited Coaching Signatures Supervisor (ACSS).
