About Jude Weis

I am a diligent and adaptable leader in my fourth year at the Kelley School of Business studying Accounting and Financial Analysis. I am pursuing an MBA through Kelley\'s 3/2 MBA program, and I intend to sit for the CPA exam. In Bloomington, I learned to communicate complex financial literacy concepts to high school students through First Generation Investors and assisted local residents file their tax returns through Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. Additionally, I co-created a Volunteers Around the World Dental Chapter at IU, and I sit as an executive member to manage administrative duties. Finally, I am the treasurer of Dental Care Action - a nonprofit dental clinic in Bloomington - reviewing its fiscal status and providing financial insight for high-level administrative decisions. These organizations have helped me further develop my ability to strengthen business acumen, effectively communicate complex information, and effectively lead teammates with diverse backgrounds and points of view. I have recently started a position as VP of Curriculum for the 3/2 MBA Management Consulting Academy. So far, I have led the charge for a \"Superday\" for our members to practice interviews and receive feedback directly from professionals in the consulting/advisory industry. It has already been an invaluable experience extending my personal experiences/knowledge to help the 3/2 MBA class of 2027 with their preparation to recruit for internship opportunities. From experiential learning in the 3/2 Program, I am also equipped with advanced Excel, problem-solving, critical thinking, and public communication skills; given this set of skills, I aspire to work in a management consulting or transaction advisory role to assist businesses in implementing innovative solutions for complex problems and strategic shifts.
