Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned small to large complex land development projects from concept to full civil construction documents issued for permit and construction- Perform structural calculations, analysis, and design for marine structures (offshore platforms, jackets, FPSOs, docks, wharves, bulkheads, moorings, bridges over water, port facilities)- Conduct damage assessments, inspections, and forensic engineering for marine facilities after incidents (collisions, grounding, corrosion, fatigue), then propose repair plans-Oversee/Support construction, installation, modification, and repair phases to ensure compliance with design intent, safety standards, and codes- Prepare reports, Basis of Design (BOD), risk assessments, cost estimates, schedules, and proposals for structural aspects of marine projects- Perform civil land development design tasks such as Site Grading using Civil 3D, Stormwater, water and Sewer designs using tools such as Autodesk civil 3D, stormCAD, waterCAD- Manage various projects under limited supervision, quality control internal civil construction plans and prepare technical water, sewer, and drainage report, Storm water pollution prevention plan- Perform detailed structural analysis and design by deploying personal written programs, hand calculations, and the use of structural software programs such as Enercalc, STAADpro, Mathcad, etc. and produce structural drawings and detailing as well as technical structural reports- Design and re-evaluation of diverse range of structural systems such retaining walls, streetlights and signposts, buildings and roof remodeling, water distribution support systems, solar array and battery energy storage system (BESS) foundations using governing codes including but not limited to IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360 for safe and efficient designs- Coordinate in permit acquisition from city, county and various administrative jurisdictions.
