ABOUT JUDAH THORNEWILL
Judah Thornewill, PhD is a recognized leader and scholar specializing in the use of collaborative innovation to improve global health and wellbeing. He is co-founder and CEO of Intrinsica, the collaborative innovation network, developed based on research conducted in the National Science Foundation Center for Health Organization Transformation at the University of Louisville. His current focus is launching the Global Digital Democracy Movement using AI and advanced sciences, in order to strengthen democratic processes and accelerate innovation to help address some of the world\'s most significant risks. Previous work includes development of the RAPID Alliance, a national network for optimizing use of medications and vaccines, and the CARIN Alliance, a nationally recognized collaborative for advancing person-centered healthcare data sharing. He has keynoted at national conferences, has multiple publications including Population Health: Management, Policy and Technology, a textbook, and has developed and teaches two masters and PhD level courses at the University of Louisville. He earned his PHD in the study of large-scale, technology-enabled collaboratives in 2011. His family is the center of his life. He loves to spend time with his wife, children, first grandchild, and extended network of family and friends. He writes, sings, performs and records folk-rock style songs on classical guitar, and plays tennis in his spare time.
