Litigate matters in federal and state courts and before alternative dispute resolution venues, such as JAMS and FINRA. Represent partners, joint venturers, banks, large and mid-market businesses, trustees, debtors, insurance companies, broker-dealers, receivers, state agencies, architects, developers, lenders, special servicers and others, in complex civil and commercial litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, bankruptcy and other asset recovery litigation, creditor rights claims, commercial foreclosures, closely held partnership disputes and franchise disputes, among others. Practice includes litigating the broad spectrum of business-related claims, including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, business and traditional torts, fraudulent transfers, preferences, professional negligence and many others. Experienced in all aspects of litigation, from drafting pleadings, discovery practice, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, trial, appeals and the negotiation of settlements. Judah is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and has been admitted pro hac vice to several additional courts. Articles Judah has written or co-written have appeared in such publications as the New York Law Journal, Bloomberg Corporate Law Reports, BNA Class Action Litigation Report, Commerce Magazine, and the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law.
