I architect and build legal systems embedded within Meta\'s Legal Technology organization, where I have spent the last 7 years designing solutions across contract lifecycle management, intake, compliance, and legal operations. In my current role, I lead the design and development of systems that support contract generation, negotiation, review, and execution at scale. These systems process thousands of contracts each month across a wide range of agreement types and business areas. Over time, I have architected dozens of legal systems and hundreds of workflows that automate intake, approvals, document generation, and data capture, driving significant efficiency gains and enabling legal teams to operate in a more scalable, structured, and self-service model. More recently, my focus has shifted toward building AI-native and agentic systems using LLMs including OpenAI, Claude, Harvey, and Metamate. This includes contract analysis tools that evaluate agreements against legal playbooks, generate risk insights, and reduce manual legal review, as well as agentic intake systems with automated triage, routing, and human-in-the-loop review. My work centers on designing systems that are reliable, auditable, and built around structured data, ensuring they are not only efficient today but also ready for analytics, automation, and future AI-driven use cases.
