Manuel Juarez is the Principal of Urbana Real Estate Solutions LLC, a boutique real estate investment firm, specializing in residential real estate in Texas and Florida. He has been intimately involved in all the company’s activities and has participated in over a hundred real estate transactions either directly overseeing the feasibility; acquisition; development and/or the sale/disposition of assets on behalf of several investment partnerships and/or clients.Manuel has worked in construction, project management, and business development for over 20 years and has over 8 years of experience in the field of real estate.Before founding Urbana Real Estate Solutions LLC, Mr. Juarez worked for several major construction companies such as ICA; Rizzani de Eccher, and Balfour Beatty USA, in diverse infrastructure projects ranging from civil, commercial, and industrial construction in the United States, Mexico, and Peru.He holds real estate licenses in Florida and Texas and is a member of the National Realtors Association; both the Texas (TAR) and the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and both the Florida and Miami Association of Realtors (MIAMI).He received his Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering in from Universidad Regiomontana, in Monterrey, Mexico, and holds both a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Hult International Business School.His construction background along with an extensive experience in investment analysis and financing has advanced this focus. This combined experience enables him to bring a diverse perspective to any real estate endeavour.
