Provide coverage and claims strategy advice to clients on claims with highly complex coverage issues that require full range of expertise to solve in order to assist with claims preparation; identify appropriate policies and/or coverages on highly complex coverage issues and analyses notification against the same in order to provide solutions to clients against future risks; lead highly complex claims process for clients, lead detailed client claim review meetings and participate in claims strategy discussions in order to measure progress from notification through to closure; liaise with insurers and their advisors on highly complex queries and policy coverage discussions in order to support smooth review of claims for clients; develop thought leadership materials and draft communication documents for clients, such as correspondence letters, claims calculations and review documents prepared by the clients in order to support highly complex claims process for clients; assess application of data, such as loss statistics, key trends, cost reduction opportunities and other data in order to support sound and defensible recommendations for action plans to manage client\'s total cost of risk.
