I manage a diverse team of field technicians, mechanics, yard workers, and CDL drivers, coordinating their schedules and ensuring all equipment is maintained, licensed, and deployment-ready. My responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company and government regulations, accurate billing documentation, and managing branch expenses to meet budgetary goals. By closely supporting the Branch Manager, I contribute to all aspects of branch operations, from inventory management to customer relations, while fostering a clean, safe, and well-organized facility. My commitment to staff development and consistent, high-quality service drives the overall success of the branch.My professional experience includes operational leadership, program management, process improvement, and maintenance production oversight in the aerospace in industry.
