Juan is currently the XLoS Private Company Services Florida Market Team Leader. Juan started his career with PwC Venezuela in September 1996, transferred to PwC US in January 2001 and worked with a number of PwC’s private and public clients in South Florida. Juan has worked in a number of industries including technology, telecommunications, distribution, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and entertainment and media. Juan worked in the National Professional Services Group from July 2007 to June 2009 as an SEC Services Senior Manager. After completing the tour with the National Professional Services Group, Juan returned to the Florida Market where he served public companies for approximately two years. In 2014, he completed a three-year tour in the Dominican Republic, where he specialized in International Financial Reporting Standards and was responsible for providing audit quality support to teams in Central America and the Dominican Republic on matters related to application of the firm\'s audit policies and methodology. He was the Chief Auditor for the Florida Market between March 2015 and 2018, he provided auditing advice to engagement teams and assisted local and national leaders in monitoring progress on audit quality initiatives. Juan received his Masters of Accounting at Nova Southeastern University, and he earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela. He is a CPA in the States of Florida, Texas, New Jersey, and New Hampshire.
