Discovery Genie is a SaaS platform for lawyers and paralegals involved in litigation. The web app maximizes efficiency and minimizes expense by facilitating the production and indexing of electronic documents and email archives for discovery- Collaborate with Product manager, DevOps and Backend Developers to bring wireframes, designs, and user stories to life- Meet with the development team on a weekly basis to discuss and troubleshoot features in the previous sprint and plan for future sprints- Design, develop, test, implement and write documentation for new and existing features- Develop, modify and maintain new and existing integrations- Investigate and resolve bugs or deficiencies in codebases- Execute marketing efforts including the development of the Discovery genie marketing website, landing pages, email newsletters, blogs, and social media accounts- Manage on-page Search Engine Optimization efforts including maintenance of website meta-tags, alt-tags, headers, and copy- Reduce customer support effort and time by building Support Genie, a support platform for monitoring and managing Discovery Genie user activity, accounts, and settings.
