I use my abundance of energy to show people how to live fully through dancing, fitness, food and entertainment. Having lived in destinations with natural panoramas, I have guided people to healthy living, maximizing their adventures and creating memories forever. Although my earliest childhood was in a small Indiana town, I spent my teenage years exploring the varied cultures and dynamic people of the New York City area. Going to college and living in Maine introduced me to healthy living in the awe-inspiring outdoors, though one winter too many sent me running to the southern tip of Florida. Engaged in Key West, Fort Lauderdale, Boulder and Denver communities, I continued my pursuit of dancing, healthy living and meaningful adventures with people seeking joy and fulfillment.
