My background spans instructional design, facilitation, and leadership across financial services and business process outsourcing.I spent over a decade at Citibank building a strong foundation in instructional design and corporate learning strategy, followed by a couple of years consulting before entering the Business Process Outsourcing sector. Since 2019, I’ve been part of NTT DATA’s BPO division, where I started in design before returning to my roots in Training Delivery. Currently, I manage training delivery operations, ensuring consistent learning quality, performance coaching, and alignment with client expectations.I’m passionate about developing people—empowering trainers, optimizing delivery frameworks, and creating learning experiences that inspire performance and engagement.
