Manage all the after sales functions for all Latin America accounts from contract/order review to shipping. Monitor product availability, production, and completion date with our manufacturing plants in the USA (NE and IA), France, Germany, Italy, and Brazil, as well as with our third party vendors in the USA and abroad. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure deadlines are met. Make transportation arrangements from our manufacturing plants and from our vendors (drop shipments) to our customer\'s locations. Other tasks include export docs and country customs docs compliance, account management, freight quotes and claim, payment coordination and collections.
