Engage with Regional Directors and Relationship Managers to support the development of impact management tools and systems to underpin the Bank to deliver initiatives to contribute to the ‘double bottom line’.• Support the Credit Risk and Data Team to ensure quality impact, sustainability and climate-related risk data and reporting is in place to support customers to deliver impact and adapt to climate change (as part of the lending and deposit processes).• Work with the Data Team to ensure effective reporting of key I&S data to key stakeholders such as executive team, commercial team and our customers.• Contribute to the publishing and continued development of the annual impact report and improvement of access for impact data in collaboration with the Brand & Proposition team.• Contribute to ensuring the impact management approach at Unity meets highest sector standards such as Impact Management Platform’s Investor Classification Approach, UN Sustainable Development Goal impact assessments and exploring best practices such as UN Principles for Responsible Banking standards.
