I was recruited to Korn Ferry Digital to scale their product management and operations practices, applying my experience in what \"great\" looks like to help transition the business into a synchronized, high-velocity product engine. As a sole contributor in this function, I act as the central architect for the frameworks and processes that empower our global development teams- Strategic SDLC Design: Selected as one of eight key stakeholders to design and implement a new, unified global SDLC from scratch. We replaced siloed regional processes with a phased, iterative model, using a detailed RACI matrix to define clear accountability across the entire business- Product Management Efficiency: Focused on operationalizing excellence by defining the \"Product Management Playbook.\" This included streamlining the tools and frameworks (Aha, Pendo) that our teams use to manage roadmaps and gather user insights- Governance & Compliance: Built the foundational processes and governance structures required to identify and track development work meeting specific criteria, such as the use of GenAI or the collection of sensitive PII- Lead-without-Authority: Function as the go-to resource for product operations excellence, providing strategic leadership coverage and spearheading the onboarding and mentorship of new team members to ensure continuous operational momentum- Data-Driven Strategy: Designed comprehensive health dashboards to move the organization toward data-driven decision-making, allowing leadership to identify friction points and optimize the product development lifecycle.

I’ve spent over 13 years navigating the space where complex technical systems meet the unpredictable reality of human behavior. My career has been a deliberate progression that started in the technical trenches of cloud operations and customer support before moving into Product Management and Product Operations.This journey has given me a unique perspective that spans the gap between complex enterprise backend systems and the everyday consumer experience. I believe the best products don’t just \"work.\" They should feel intuitive, they solve real frustrations, and respect the user’s time.How I Build:I’m known for being a \"Technical Translator\": the person who aligns engineers geeking out over API architecture with executives focused on ROI. I pioneered two \"48-hours\" hackathon projects to prove that we can move from an ambiguous idea to a validated prototype without months of overhead.On Leadership:Throughout my career, I’ve often been the \"lead without the title\" for mentorship, onboarding, and strategic coverage needs. I lead by creating clarity out of ambiguity and fostering a culture of psychological safety where people can do their best work. Having mentored cohorts of 30+ engineers and shaped global operating models, my goal is to transition into formal people leadership to scale this impact and build high-performing product organizations.Beyond the Roadmaps:I believe that how we live informs how we build.
