We, at Non-Zero-Sum Wealth, are part of a group of professionals with different specialties and a vast experience in succession planning. We work with High and Ultra-High net worth families in America and Europe regarding their wealth and succession planning needs. We provide tailored-made solutions to create liquidity through life insurance and premium financing structures. We do so to address potential liabilities such as estate taxes, buy-sell agreement funding, debt payoff due to a premature passing, or the equalization of an estate as part of the family’s business succession goals. Through our consultative approach we work with families and their team of legal and tax advisors, family offices and financial advisors to identify the family’s goals, needs and concerns. Non-Zero-Sum Wealth was founded based on the principles of order, efficiency, respect and mutual benefit and seek to develop a synergic and co-creative work environment with our clients and their teams to create efficient and beneficial solutions regardless of where they are in the world. We aim to be our clients advocate while providing education and perspective on the topic of wealth and succession planning so they can make informed decisions on what is best for their families. Juan Carlos is an Economics and Accounting graduate of USM in Venezuela with an experience of over 10 years in the Insurance and Succession Planning Industry. Prior to Non-Zero-Sum Wealth, Juan Carlos held positions at MassMutual and Northwestern Mutual.
