ABOUT JUAN BARILLAS

With over two decades of experience between law enforcement and sales, I’ve learned how to connect purpose with performance. My career started in the streets, not in an office — serving as a police officer at the Los Angeles Police Department. That foundation gave me a real-world understanding of decision-making under pressure, use-of-force, and what it takes to come home safe.Today, I bring that same mindset to the next generation of training, helping agencies modernize through virtual and augmented reality solutions that make officers think, not just react. My goal is simple: improve training, reduce risk, and save lives.I manage accounts across the West Coast — California, Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Hawaii, and Nevada, building relationships with departments that value better training over just checking boxes. My background in sales and communication allows me to bridge the gap between technology and the needs of real-world policing.What drives me is impact. I’ve seen what bad training costs. Now, I get to be part of the solution, delivering tools that sharpen judgment, de-escalation, and tactical awareness. I stay up to speed with every new development in VR/AR law enforcement tech and surround myself with people who share that mission.I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, experienced in executive protection, and always evolving, whether it’s on the mat training Jiu-Jitsu 🥋 or in front of a new agency helping officers train smarter.
