Responsible for the design and implementation of the audio-visual archive at the HAEU. Draft policies and procedures. Implement and oversee processes related to the management of audio-visual records such as acquisition, reception, arrangement, selection, description, treatment, digitization, production, dissemination, reference services, solving internal and external requests and addressing copyright and intellectual property rights. Manage trainees and temporary staff. Provide training and information to EU staff on audio-visual records management. Represent HAEU as an audio-visual archivist expert in specialist groups and networks at European and international levels.
