Provide comprehensive social media marketing coordination to Dollar Tree & Family Dollar social brands & support Digital Media omnichannel efforts by strategizing, distributing, managing, and analyzing performance of content on social media outlets- Build and execute content calendar to align with department calendar and company goals, seasons, and programs- Strategize and launch new social media platforms for the brands- Work with Creative Services team to plan and support brand awareness- Work with Marketing Department to execute monetization program on social media- Work with Creative Services team to secure needed photography and video content- Create new customer personas for each social media platform- Create and improve workflows for social media production- Oversee digital campaigns across, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, & TikTok to support ecommerce sales and traffic, as well as in store traffic- Launch social media campaigns to increase engagement, impressions, and reach to achieve company goals- Support social media efforts for Human Resources, Investor Relations, and other departments, when needed- Create social media data reports to aid in optimization of content- Lead social media research and coordination to keep brands’ social marketing at the cutting edge of technology, current trends, and industry best practices- Lead organic influencer initiatives- Provide support to the Paid Ads team for Facebook Shop initiatives, when needed.
