As an executive, I’ve built a reputation for a commitment to strategic leadership, operational excellence, and data-driven process improvement. During my time with Summit Materials, I successfully managed large-scale projects that achieved significant cost savings, all while adapting to the recent acquisition of Argos USA. Throughout my career, I’ve acted as a change catalyst and innovator, guiding corporate leadership teams toward competitive advantages and sustainable growth. Tech-focused, I know how to implement new systems that support real-time tracking, data analytics, predictive modeling, and automation. In this way, I increase the responsiveness of supply chain operations and inform top-level decision-making. In addition, I have proven my ability to build, train, and lead high-performing organizations of 140+ global reports, upholding collaboration, efficiency, and accountability. By developing key performance indicators (KPIs), I track progress against business objectives. I am known for meeting or exceeding ambitious profitability goals, ensuring supply/demand tactical alignment, and reducing working capital. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS Slashing costs 50% and reaching a 50K MT capacity increase through the Houston Terminal upgrade project; building the business case from scratch and achieving buy-in from leadership; cutting prices to $9/metric ton, with projections to recoup a $48M investment in 2.5 years. Driving $15M savings in 2025 P&L after designing and executing a $1B direct spend negotiation, spanning 17 states, 700 haulers, and 150 raw material vendors. Tripling Argos USA’s revenue growth within 2 years by expanding imports from 350K to 1.1M tons; expanding the product portfolio 30%; and driving $53M of capital investments.
