ABOUT JUAN SANDUBETE LÓPEZ
Engineer, inventor, and scientist passionate about combining artificial intelligence and physical systems to bring new detection, diagnosis, and control solutions to life. With experience in AI, embedded systems, and physics, I have worked on projects ranging from underwater technologies to microfluidic instruments, applying machine learning to solve challenges in environmental monitoring, fluid analysis, and robotics. During my doctoral research, I explored the use of deep learning in microfluidic systems for the development of intelligent and accessible diagnostic tools. I am motivated to work on diverse projects, combining physical modeling and data approaches, and optimizing systems that must perform even on limited hardware. I am always open to connecting with people and teams interested in AI for physical systems, sensing platforms, or robotics, and in general in building technologies that work and generate real impact.
