Born and raised in Mexico, I come from a hard working family that taught me that respect and discipline are fundamental values to be mastered. I was also taught that hard work and the constant pursuit of excellence will take you unimaginable places. My professional journey has been an adventure that I couldn\'t have ever written or imagined. Peaks and valleys, long paths and lost ways never a shortcut.My purpose is to help others to BELIEVE and to find their inner potential to excel at what they do. To be inspired and inspire others. As a Mexican that has worked hard to get this far I want to make sure others see me as the expectation of what they can achieve and not as the exception. Si, Si Se Puede.I have the privilege to have been exposed to a diverse culture, have been able to travel many countries across Asia, Pacific and Latin America which have allowed me to gain perspective. There\'s no mold I follow, I\'m unconventional and passionate, I love what risk offers and I believe in the power of continuous learning.My last 5+ years as a Nike Executive have been transformative. Leading an amazing team of individuals across multiple countries around the world has been the biggest payoff and the biggest responsibility. Being able to build long term relationships with our retail partners obsessing how our consumers experience our brand has been rewarding and definitively a never ending journey.For the last 2+ years, I have started a new chapter within Nike which has offered to me the opportunity to drive meaningful change and dream big.
