About Juan Rajlin

Juan Rajlin is Alphabet/ Google’s VP & Treasurer since 2018. Under Juan’s leadership, the Treasury team is responsible for managing Google\'s ~$100+ billion in investments, running risk management activities including FX, commodity and insurance for a diverse set of businesses, and guiding the company’s corporate finance policy. Juan and team helped to return over $300 billion in capital to shareholders over the last five years and executed over $80 billion in financing transactions over the last two years, helping fund the company’s AI infrastructure. In addition to running treasury, Juan oversees the Finance function for Alphabet’s Other Bets businesses (including Waymo, Wing, Intrinsic, X, among other companies). Juan is involved in three boards: he represents Google on the corporate board of Unidos US, the largest Latino civil rights organization in the U.S, is a board member of Bath & Bodyworks (BBWI) since 2022, and of The Posse Foundation, a national foundation focused on inclusive education, since 2016. Before joining Google, Juan spent six years at Mastercard, both as CFO of Products & Services and as Corporate Treasurer and Chief Risk Officer. Before joining Mastercard, Juan spent a decade at General Motors in a variety of finance & M&A roles in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining GM, he worked at Royal Dutch Shell in his native Argentina.Juan received his MBA at Columbia Business School in New York and his undergrad at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
