Manager position to ensure ongoing operations of the IT infrastructure in Office and Manufacturing in three sites for Rubbermaid in Winchester, VA. Responsible of handling IT Project Management, Budget, IT procedures, Documentation, Analysis, policies, manage software and hardware maintenance contract, internal/external audits, IT equipment and software life cycle management, keep computer OS up to date and production servers. As well as use IT ticketing system to support End-user and production equipment, provide on call support during all non-business hours. Participate in corporate initiatives or projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IT requirements, Change Management and ensure the successful implementation of technology initiatives. Develop, participate and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Projects: 6s project in IT areas Asses existing IT Software/Infrastructure and create projects to replace old ones. Work with Engineering and Production teams to install/replace equipment for Production operations. Replace improve/upgrade Network equipment. Replace Cisco Wireless solution. Query Active Directory, SCCM, VMWare, computers using Powershell. Upgrade company servers from Windows 2012 to Windows 2019 version. Control End of Life equipment such as computers, printers, laptops and servers. Improve Data Center installations. Administer Contract maintenance services for critical Software and Hardware. Administer camera and control access systems for the business.
