Technical & Design Manager with more than nineteen years of experience in multi-national construction companies (DRAGADOS, OHL, SACYR, ACCIONA), working in Spain, Peru and Canada (four years of Canadian experience). Mainly focused in Civil Projects, such as subways, highways, beltways, railroads, tunnels, complex bridges and stations; although also participating in other areas such as Ports and Mining Projects. Able to get a fast and global vision of the Projects, taking advantage of a deep and strong structural design background; used to internalize Client, Designer and Contractor point of view, allowing to bring brilliant technical solutions that make the Project easier, faster and cheaper. Budget:$405M - The Expansion from 2 to 4 lanes in the Panamerican Highway (Peru) Budget:$234M- D&B Contract for the High Speed Railway Tunnel crossing Barcelona (Spain) and stations Budget:$500M.
