ABOUT JUAN PABLO GALINDO DEWITT

I am passionate about… I am a very passionate person, period. It is not a specific topic that moves me; it is achieving a goal and learning that does. I deeply enjoy thriving to do better, from learning a new skill or making a new business to bringing people together and making a better world. I just can’t stay still. If you ask me what I am passionate about, my answer would be about finding the best way to do things; about making things better for everyone and developing myself. I am a very enthusiastic person with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hard working spirit, who is not afraid to try new things. This has unconsciously made me a leader. I believe the key to being a good leader is standing for your own values, inspiring with the example, and genuinely caring for your people. My passion for learning has placed me in other people\'s situations, enhancing my empathy with them. This has allowed me to build deeper personal connections with my teammates, and having a sense of belonging with each other. I am looking for a position I can put this passion into; one where I can learn, enjoy, and most importantly one I believe in.
