I am supporting our SMA team as a Section Supervisor. I provide SMA support to sponsored flight projects. I own, manage, and improve Space Exploration Sector (SES) QMS processes related to hardware quality engineering and inspection applicable to flight electronics and mechanical assemblies. I manage the training and certification process for inspectors to the applicable IPC and NASA workmanship standards ensuring staff competency.I supervise the performance of quality engineering and inspection activities on SES Projects ensuring robust support is provided to all projects.I provide leadership and supervision to all SMA inspection and quality engineering staff assigned to the section including training, mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation.I act as a liaison for SMA, working with groups and other sectors outside of SMA for teaming and support as identified or needed in support of SES space flight projects and QMS
