I’m a versatile and intellectually curious PhD economist with over 15 years of experience evaluating and analyzing international development projects across Latin America and the Caribbean. My work spans macro-fiscal policy, energy and climate change, regional integration, and urban development. At the Inter-American Development Bank, I’ve led major corporate and country-level evaluations, developed corporate policies, business process and mehodologies adopted institution-wide, and advised senior leadership and the Board. I combine strong technical expertise in applied microeconometrics and development economics with a deep understanding of multilateral operations.
