ABOUT JUAN H. VAZQUEZ
Mr. Vazquez has more than 37 years of civil engineering experience including: preparation of stormwater master plans, drainage studies, Project Development and Environment Studies (PD & E), and street improvements. He has designed highways, interchanges, intersections,(both urban and rural), prepared pavement designs, transportation studies, hydrologic- hydraulic (H-H) and scour studies, utility relocations, etc. Mr. Vazquez is a Professional Hydrologist (PH) and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) specializing in water supply and wastewater. For the fifteen year in a row, Mr. Vazquez is in the “Who’s Who book of Environmental Engineering, 2022”. He is a past president of the College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico, Florida Chapter and Distinguished Engineer in the year in 2014. Specialties: Water Resources
