Coming from the hospitality industry, it only took one dinner with Aerotek for me to pivot into my staffing career. Starting as a recruiter with no prior experience, I’ve spent 8 years in the staffing industry and have truly embodied the definition of climbing the corporate ladder. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from recruiting to managing internal teams, overseeing multiple projects nationwide, and consistently creating new opportunities for every company I’ve partnered with. My experience spans workers\' comp claims, project management, business development, operations, and payroll processing.
