My current coaching focus:Coaching for growth, impact, & career mobility; scaling impactful coaching for populations who have historically never been centered in this service; and coaching new and expectant parents in the pre/postpartum stages. New to coaching? First and foremost, expect deep, reflective questions and patient, expansive space for surfacing insights and new awarenesses. The coaching methodology is designed to expand clients’ awareness and access to internal and external resources (notice how different that sounds than hiring a consultant). It’s goal-oriented. It’s future-focused. It’s always customized and co-designed with clients.I am particularly experienced creating productive coaching engagements with clients who have not had ready access to professional coaching.
