Throughout the course of my career as both a senior health economist and a medical doctor, I have been successful in leveraging my education and experience in public health matter. These include the design, creation, and execution of transformative market access plans, as well as the economic analysis and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies.I serve as Senior Director of Health Reimbursement & Health Economics at Medtronic, a Fortune 500 global medical technologies company. In this capacity, I head a multinational, award-winning team of eight Managers and Analysts driving long-term growth, financial performance, and sustainability through the assessment of economic therapies and technologies. This includes building dossiers, value propositions, economic models, and market access plans and influencing the adoption of our therapies by government, public, and private payers via the presentation of health economic and outcome studies and budget impact analyses.Over the past six years, my team has served as an integral partner to our internal stakeholders, supporting the company through the approval of 96 therapy reimbursements and with an additional 16 pending in the pipeline.
