I have a passion for helping people, and in addition to my clinical skills, I am an educator, leader and mentor who has created and taught several courses and programs while as a Residency Program Director. Also have been able to develop and execute in leadership roles like Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer within the Psychiatry profession. My focus is on improving the quality of Psychiatry through developing Medical Education professionals, executing leadership roles while providing resources and supports that foster collaboration among members of the medical team, and patients, families, prevention professionals and other community partners.
