I am an Industrial Engineer with more than 9 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong background spanning manufacturing supervision, sustaining engineering, and industrial engineering functions. Throughout my career, I have successfully led and contributed to key areas such as manufacturing operations, sustaining and process engineering, packaging, and warehousing, consistently ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.In my role as a Manufacturing Supervisor, I managed and developed teams of more than 65 associates, driving performance through effective leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement. As a Sustaining Engineer and Industrial Engineer, I have been deeply involved in maintaining and improving existing processes and products, supporting design and process changes, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring process stability, efficiency, and product quality across the production lifecycle.I have extensive experience managing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost, using data-driven approaches to support operational and strategic decisions. I have led multiple continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing material variation, optimizing processes, improving designs, increasing throughput, and enhancing delivery performance and service levels.
