I am a Registered Nurse at Mayo Clinic specializing in Radiology, partnering with patients and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate care before and after diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. I lead with a vision for nursing grounded in collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth—for myself and for those I work alongside.As the Magnet Co-Chair for the Department of Nursing, I help advance nursing excellence by supporting professional practice, shared governance, and evidence-based care aligned with Magnet principles. In this role, I champion nurse engagement, amplify diverse voices, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to strengthen outcomes for patients, nurses, and the profession. In addition, as a Staff Nurse Recruiter, I am passionate about identifying and developing nursing talent, fostering environments where individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.I am currently enrolled in a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program in Leadership at Winona State University, expanding my ability to lead transformational change in healthcare systems.
