I’m Juan Casey, an Auburn University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, I grew up in a military family, which instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, adaptability, and a drive to excel. Whether in sports, academics, or volunteer work at my church, my parents always encouraged me to give my best.After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 2019, I transitioned straight into college, eager to start my education in business. During my time at Auburn, I developed a passion for problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership—skills that have been instrumental in my professional journey.I began my career at RAM Partners, where I first interned before transitioning into a full-time role as a Leasing Consultant. This experience has been invaluable, giving me hands-on exposure to the operations side of property management. I’ve gained knowledge in leasing strategies, resident relations, and financial aspects such as rent collections and market analysis. Additionally, I’ve developed skills in handling maintenance coordination, ensuring compliance with policies, and streamlining processes to improve overall efficiency.Beyond the technical side, I’ve learned how to work effectively within a team, collaborate with different departments, and provide top-tier customer service. Property management is a dynamic industry, and I enjoy the challenge of balancing operational efficiency with creating a positive living experience for residents.I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute.
