About Juan Carlos Justo
I’m a bilingual, purpose-driven marketer and currently pursuing a STEM-designated Master of Science in Management at Georgetown University, where I’m building on my foundation in strategy, creativity, and storytelling to drive meaningful impact.This mindset was shaped during my time at the University of South Florida, where I graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Marketing and a concentration in Digital Marketing. At USF, I actively pursued opportunities to lead with empathy and contribute to my community. Within the American Marketing Association, I served in multiple capacities, including Director of Social Impact and Project Manager for our student-led agency. In these roles, I led volunteer initiatives across Tampa Bay and collaborated on real client campaigns that bridged classroom knowledge with hands-on impact. I also supported new students as a Peer Advisor Leader and Transfer Student Mentor, helping them navigate their college journey and build a sense of belonging on campus.These experiences not only influenced my leadership style but also reinforced the professional values I carry into my work. I’ve since gained hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management through roles in the AEC industry and at Habitat for Humanity. Across these environments, I’ve supported mission-driven campaigns, developed strategic content, and contributed to projects that align marketing with purpose and impact.Honored as a USF Muma 25 Under 25 and inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, I take pride in the journey that has brought me here. Now at Georgetown, I’m expanding my skills, global perspective, and network to continue growing, creating, and making a difference.
