The Training and Operations Manager serves as the principal advisor and lead planner for all training, operations, and readiness initiatives across the 643rd Regional Support Group and its subordinate units. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that enhance tactical proficiency, mission success, and organizational efficiency in accordance with U.S. Army Reserve standards.Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of annual and long-range training plans, aligning them with the strategic objectives of the 643rd RSG. • Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of over all large-scale logistical and operational missions, ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory and doctrinal standards. • Apply analytical tools to assess training effectiveness and mission readiness, resulting in measurable performance improvements and cost reductions. • Supervise and direct cross-functional teams including logistics, intelligence, and personnel management to ensure seamless operational integration and with a minimum 98% mission success rate. Ensure adherence to U.S. Army training doctrine, safety procedures, and operational planning guidance in both garrison and field environments.Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience leading training and operations in high-tempo, mission-critical environments. • Proven ability to develop and execute training strategies that directly impact unit performance and readiness. • Strong background in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and multi-echelon coordination. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, DTMS, CUSR, and other Army systems supporting operational and training functions. • Maintain situational awareness of unit readiness levels and provide recommendations to senior leadership to mitigate gaps and optimize resource utilization.
