I am a hardworking Latino student who is currently attending Loyola University while also serving in the National Guard. My story is one of dedication, perseverance, and a strong commitment to both my education and duty to my country. Hailing from a humble background, my upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for the value of hard work and the pursuit of higher education. Recognizing the opportunities that education could provide, I set my sights on attending Loyola University Chicago. Eventually, my long-awaited dreams became a reality when I was accepted into Loyola University, where I am currently pursuing a degree in Political Science. I am also enrolled in the Army R.O.T.C program offered at Loyola and completing my service as an Illinois Army National Guard Soldier.
