PRO is engaged by our clients as a Managed Services Provider (MSP) to deliver an end-to-end solution for sourcing, onboarding, management and reporting of their Contingent Workers, supported by WAND, a Vendor Management System (VMS). The Field Services Consultant (FSC) is a critical coverage support role to the entire Field Organization. In this role I must be able to quickly adjust to the various client environments, expectations and codes of conduct. Requires that I am a dependable and independent person that can always be relied on to assist the team in any needed capacity. That I am able to quickly adapt to changing client sites, I must possess a thorough attention to details and an ability to quickly adjust to client specific operational nuances. A strong, politically sensitive, customer service manner is required at all times. This role must be able to demonstrate schedule flexibility to respond to the ever-changing needs of the Field. As a temporary team member, the FSC must always be perceived in the utmost professional manner by both the team and the client.As a business partner, the FSC regularly interacts with representatives of Client corporate functions (Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Operations, Vendor Management, Information Systems, Risk Management) and third party Suppliers. In addition, the FSC works closely with PRO colleagues from various departments who are instrumental to delivery excellence.
