Juacy’s role includes creating and reviewing estimates, related documents, drawings and specifications, and analyzing labor costs. She solicits pricing options from subcontractors and their suppliers and uses historical data to analyze local labor and material costs to prepare accurate, reliable estimates for PCL’s clients. Juacy is well versed in numerous contract types including traditional bid, design-build, and preconstruction all while focusing building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. The PCL family of companies has a century-long tradition of excellence, hard work, and a can-do attitude. PCL is a group of independent construction companies that carries out work across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and in Australia.
