These efforts improve performance, accountability, and continuous improvement maturity across the organization.Safety Leadership (former focus):Previously, I led Shared Services’ safety and ergonomic programs, developing compliance frameworks, conducting gap analyses, and partnering with enterprise safety teams to deploy PG & E’s safety management system (PSEMS).Strategic Collaboration:I partner with senior executives to optimize headcount, navigate budget constraints, and align strategic initiatives.
