As the Manager and Lead Trainer for the VELUX Pro Partner Academy in Maryland, I\'m passionate about driving impact with our Pro Partners, specifically roofers and remodelers. By utilizing my background in the fenestration industry, start-up industry, and private consulting, I\'m able to facilitate key concepts required to help businesses grow.
