I am a dedicated Transportation, Logistics, Retail, Project Management, Consultant, known for my expertise in cutting costs and improving efficiency through effective management, strategic scheduling and streamlined operations. I’m skilled at managing operations, schedules, teams and third-party teams to develop solutions for late orders, weight and cube deficiencies or excesses, while ensuring service standards are achieved.Prior to my consulting Company, I managed the customer relations, driver retention and outbound freight schedule as the Director of Operations and Strategic Planning for Comstar Enterprises. Prior to this promotion, I managed all communications, utilization, schedule and evaluations for over 40 drivers at Comstar, in which 60% of them were inbound freight brokers.I’ve consistently exceeded expectations in my former positions, receiving the Tyson Foods Top 10 Carrier from 2012 to 2014 and maintaining a 99%+ on-time delivery for over 9 years straight. In 2011, under my leadership, we were awarded the Schreiber Foods Carrier of the Year award.I’m proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and I have a strong logistics, strategy and budget background with operations management and strategic planner expertise.
