ABOUT JUSTIN LAM
I\'m an academic general paediatrics fellow at the Hospital for Sick Children and a fellow in the Clinician Investigator Program at the University of Toronto. I am a PhD student in Health Professions Education Research at the Institute for Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation, with an interest in using critical theories to explore the intersection of the hidden curriculum, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and the learning environment. My long term career goal is to be a clinician scientist in health professions education research.
