With over 20 years in the industry, I have a comprehensive understanding of mortgage banking with experience in loan origination, processing, closing, underwriting, and construction/rehab lending. I\'ve worked with Risk Management and have experience in loss mitigation including collections, workouts, loan modifications, and other default strategies. I also have extensive knowledge and understanding of the construction/perm and renovation loan process. Currently working for Movement Mortgage, a top 10 purchase loan originator in the United States. As one of the fastest growing companies in the industry, we employ over employees in 47 states. In 2016, we financed 1 out of every 60 home purchasers, totaling $12 billion in originations. Our non-profit, the Movement Foundation, has invested more than $17 million in community causes.
