Oversee and analyze the overall Advancing Faculty Diversity (AFD) program’s $5M systemwide grant program and other faculty diversity-related budget items. Track program budgets, ensuring grantee timely receipt of budget information in accordance with reporting schedules. Advise Director and Vice Provost of budget-related issues as they occur and provide regular budget updates.\\\\n• Design, build and AFD Program website and maintian online presense. Manage content the parent Faculty Diversity website. Conducts post-implementation analysis of website content to determine the need for further enhancements.\\\\n• Research and develop drafts for review complex proposals (decision memos), reports, including preliminary and annual AFD reports. Establish and maintain relationships with constituents for the collection and exchange of data and information regarding faculty diversity.
