My extensive experience spans all aspects of Community Associations and Management Company Administration, including facilities management, financial oversight, human resources, and cultivating meaningful customer relationships.I am proud to serve as a Member of the National Faculty for the Community Associations Institute, where I contribute to the growth and education of professionals in the field.    I am responsible for the day-to-day business operations and management direction of the Community Experience and Resident Support department within the Sterling Ranch development as required by the Authority, the governing documents, and any applicable state law. Additionally, I provide oversight to the department staff and service contractors and daily interaction with community residents and volunteers. We provide for the Lifestyle Experience, Resident Resources, and Governance, as well as oversee the Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces. My role serves as an integral part of the leadership of the community, acting as an advisor to various staff and volunteer committees regarding policies and procedures and creating a variety of social opportunities to promote a true sense of community.
