   Program Management: Oversee over a dozen annual grants to United Nations relief agency for Palestine, coordinating with five field offices to determine annual priorities, measure impact, and prepare grants for board approval.• Emergency Response: Manage massive upscaling in relief grants issued during the war on Gaza, totaling more than $75 million.• Foundation & Corporate Relations: Repositioning organizational approach to focus on larger dollar, multi-year funding streams, including bringing in more than 15 new funders and raising average award amount by more than negotiated commercial co-venture agreements with major recording artists, creating dedicated funding from royalties. • Tech Optimization: Directed tech stack optimization leading to new instance of Salesforce and integrated applications for donor stewardship, strategic communications, and program management; oversaw capabilities upgrades due to tens of thousands of new contacts and transactions coming into the organization.• Strategic Leadership: Developed a grantmaking strategy that centers programmatic funding in four technical pillars of education & training, health including mental health, rights protection, and emergency response.
